Networked Smoke Detectors & Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Send an alert when there is a problem throughout your house not just in the one area. This gives you more time to react and get your family to safety.
Non networked smoke detectors & Carbon Monixide Detectors
Alert in the problem area only. So if you cannot hear the carbon monoxide alarm in the garage, it might be too late when every second counts. So call us & get your smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector installed today!
We constantly hear about fires and the number of people, including children, that were either injured or killed. Sometimes the next line in these stories are, “There were no smoke detectors in the building.” or “There were no working smoke detectors in the building.” Every now and then you hear, “The smoke detectors alerted the occupants and everyone got out safely.”
It is an indisputable fact that smoke detectors save lives. However, we are certain you have heard this before but what actions did you take? Remember, the people that died did not think it could happen to them either! This is not a cheap scare tactic, this is the real world and unfortunate things do happen.
Did you know that after a few years your smoke detectors may not be working or are prone to failure? Read what the Residential Fire Safety Institute has to say. If you have old smoke detectors they need to be changed. 10 years or older they have to be changed.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors Installed
In an effort to protect Florida residents and visitors from further personal injury and wrongful death from Carbon Monoxide poisoning, Florida Governor Crist signed the Carbon Monoxide Prevention Bill into law. As of July 1, 2008, carbon monoxide detectors will be required in all new buildings. This is especially important when garages are attached. We like networked AC units with battery backup.
