Inspection repairs based off home inspection report (Electrical Only) provided to American Electrical Contracting. Rewire and remove all cloth, and non-grounded wiring in home. American Electrical Contracting will rewire all existing cloth, single stranded aluminum, and knob-n-tube, wired wiring and any unsafe or uninsurable throughout the entire home. All new AFI breakers. All new tamper rated plugs, switches and GFI’s. All patching and painting of holes to be repaired by homeowner. Homeowner and lead technician from American Electrical Contracting will receive daily invoices from me via text messages of previous day to keep all parties in the loop concerning cost, time completion and communication. This also includes all above electrical inspection repairs. Paying customer will receive after photos of completed work, paid descriptive invoice, and a letter to insurance company if needed.
