1. (5-6) 120v Cloth wired circuits. Rubber coated wires are safe and acceptable for insurance.
Remedy:
• Install 2-prong non-grounded outlets on ALL above wiring.
• Install GFI outlets where required by code.
2. (1) 240V CLOTH circuit to stove.
Remedy:
• Replace with new romex copper wire.
3. Correct Issues in MAIN electrical panel.
4. Rewire Laundry room correctly
5. 200A service upgrade
