Inspection Report Repairs to 3629 Brockway Rd , Jacksonville, FL 322504-Point Form Electrical: X- Cloth wire. No Cloth wire found. Customer has rubber coated poly type wire with “ground” 100A Service is undersized.
Upgrade to 200A.
Problem/Issue: Service is 100A needs to be upgraded. 200A service upgrade is required
Scope:200A Service Upgrade with mast riser on left side of home.
Replace existing OH overhead service . Install new 200A meter on left side of home. Install new mast riser
Install new service cable Install 2 ground rods to reground new service. Install ground bridge Install new load side wire from meter to panel Replace existing panel
Label panel Hot check all work Install temporary connection All permits and fees included
Additional Work: Center light over sink in bathroom.
