Electrician Notes
1. Replace (6) smoke detectors.
2. Replace (3) fixtures: entry, foyer, and dining. The Realitor will provide fixtures and bulbs.
3. In the bathrooms over the vanity, remove the hanging fixtures and install wafer trims in the soffit areas. Will possibly need (9) 4 or 6-inch wafers.
4. In the master tub and shower, remove the existing trims and install (2) 6″” retro trims.
5. In the kitchen, remove track lighting and install 6″” wafers in the soffit location. Will possibly need (6) 6-inch wafers.
6. Remove fixture and install a 6″” wafer at locations where there is a standard fixture. (2) in the garage, (2) in the hallway, (1) in the laundry, (1) in the toilet room.
