. Wire and install (3) pendant lights over the kitchen island using the existing switch that controls the sink light.
2. Install the existing sink light to come on with the kitchen lights.
3. Install (1) chandelier in the dining area on the existing switch.
4. Change out switches from toggle to decora at (2) switch banks. (1) four gang and (1) three gang. The customer will supply (2) Decora smart switches, and we will provide (3) single and (2) 3-way Decora switches with plates.
Clarifications:
1. We are not responsible for any repairs to sheet rock or landscaping. A technician will let you know before cutting or digging is done.
2. Power may be shut off during installation and restored the same day.
3. All Work will be performed during normal business hours.
4. If any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involve extra costs or returns, there will be an extra charge over and above the estimate.
