Electrician Notes
Water Heater:
1. Install and provide (2) 40amp 240v circuits for Tankles Water Heater.
2. Both circuits will be coming from laundry room panel an ran above ceiling.
3. The total distance of both circuits is 50ft.
4. Install and provide a junction box in the water heater closet for the plumbers to tap off once a new water heater is installed.
5. The wire that will be used for the (2) circuits will be 8/3.
6. Eliminate the (2) 6inch recess can lights in the living room.
7. Relocating the power going to the 6inch gimbal recess light to a picture light above the fireplace.
8. Eliminate the recess gimbal can light completely.
9. Install customer supplied light fixture above fireplace
10. If any sheetrock cutting is required to complete the job, we will NOT cut any holes without homeowner permission American Electrical will NOT cover any sheetrock repairs that were required to complete the job.
11. We do NOT warranty material provided by owner.
12. Permit included in price.
