Inspection report Repairs Based off in-person visit with Ryan Johnson on October 28, 2025
– Replace and install non-ground outlets on ALL 2 wired outlets. (29)
– Replace all switches (16)> – Replace all device plates.
– Replace (10) ceiling fixtures. Furnished by Owner
– Install 4 – 15A and 3 – 20A AFI/GFI Combo breakers (Siemens type)
– Wire for 50A 240v 4wire OVEN wall type circuit.
– Relocate washer and dryer from one wall to another wall. Directed by Owner
– Wire for and install switch for laundry room light. (Currently on pull chain)
– Wire for and install 120V GFI circuit for (2) separate bathrooms GFI outlets. Replace outside porch hanging fixture with FLOOD Type. Furnished by
