1. Provide and install (1) new 120-277v 5000K LED four-foot light fixture to replace the existing light fixture that is not working located on the 4th floor by unit #4304. one-for-one.
2. All new fixtures to be 120-277v.
3. Fixtures to be accessed by ladder.
4. Work to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
5. Disposal of old materials included.
