LED High Bay Lighting:
1. Remove (3) existing fluorescent high bay light fixtures that are currently installed in the high ceiling area two of which are non-functioning.
2. Provide and install (2) new LED Linear High Bay, 160w, 5000K, 120-277V high bay light fixtures, over the work area.
3. Wire for and install (1) functioning fluorescent high bay light fixture that was previously removed over the racking area, where non-functioning fixture currently is hung.
4. Install (1) new eight-foot fluorescent tube in existing fixture that is non-functioning. New fluorescent tube to be FURNISHED BY OWNER.
5. All new fixtures to be 120-277v.
6. No additional lighting controls included.
7. Scissor lift included.
8. Disposal of old fixtures/lamps/ballasts included.
9. Work to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
