Spinks Holman

Director of Construction

Spinks Holman serves as Director of Construction for American Electrical Contracting, Inc., bringing more than 20 years of electrical construction and operations leadership experience. Spinks built a strong foundation in heavy industrial electrical work before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.

Throughout his career, he has led projects and operations across the industrial, healthcare, federal, and premier commercial sectors. Prior to joining American Electrical Contracting, Spinks successfully launched and grew operations in new geographic markets through organic expansion, building teams and client relationships that drove long-term success. His experience includes operational leadership, business development, team building, budgeting, and large-scale project execution.

Spinks is passionate about developing high-performing teams, maintaining a strong safety culture, and delivering exceptional results for clients and partners.
