Electrician Notes

Landscape Entrance Lighting:
1. Remove existing old and non-functioning landscape lighting from front entrance to neighborhood.
2. Provide and install (4) new 120v receptacles with exterior rated in use covers in existing traffic island landscape islands. Two receptacles in front entrance island and two receptacles in traffic island behind entrance gate.
3. Provide and install (3) new low voltage transformers, one on each side of entrance gate and one in center traffic island at entrance gate.
4. Provide and install (29) new bronze low-voltage LED 2700K landscape spotlights at front entrance, one on each of six trees in center traffic islands, one each on both sides of tall columns, and one each on front of short columns.
5. All new landscape lighting to be installed using new low voltage wire, to be buried under existing landscaping. All trenching to be backfilled.
6. No concrete cutting included.
7. No landscape cutting/trimming/replenishment included.
8. Disposal of old materials included.
9. Permit included.
10. Work to be completed during normal working hours, Monday-Friday.
