Up/Down Lighting Repairs:
1. Wire for and install (12) new up/down light fixtures, replacing existing non-functioning light fixtures, one-for-one, on exterior of building. New fixtures to be FURNISHED BY OWNER.
2. Provide (2) hours of troubleshooting time for an existing electrical breaker (Breaker#41) controlling exterior lighting fixtures that continues to trip in interior electrical room.
3. If additional electrical issues are needed, a written proposal will be provided.
4. No landscape replenishment included.
5. Work to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
6. Disposal of old materials included.
7. Bucket truck included
