WARRANTY – Two fixtures have gone out and need to be replaced under warranty.
OLD FIXTURES MUST BE RETURNED TO RP.
Exterior Lighting:1st Floor Common Hallway Lighting – Provide and install (10) new 19.5w Satco 12” square surface mounted light fixtures to replace existing fixtures that have had water intrusion and are non-functioning. All new fixtures to be 120v.    No new lighting circuits included.  New lighting to be connected to existing controls.   Disposal of old fixtures included.
