Electrician Notes
- Install surge protection on interior panel in clubhouse electrical room.
- Add street number to meter and include IR01.
Electrical Repairs:
1. Pool Pump Areas: Provide and install (2) new GFCI receptacles in pool pump areas, replacing existing, non-functioning receptacles, one-for-one.
2. Wooden Fence Repairs: Remove existing landscape lighting transformers, receptacles and electrical conduits from existing wooden fence by pool pump/storage area. Replace existing electrical items after fence has been replaced by owner. Two trips included. DO NOT DO4.
Entrance Gate Electrical Service: Remove existing electric meter 23664360 and electrical conduits, electric panel, photocell and junction box, as well as associated electrical conduits and replace on road side of brick wall.
Clubhouse Electrical Panel: Provide and install (1) new surge protection device on existing electrical panel. Disposal of old materials included.
