Billy Frick, Founder (ret.)
Billy Frick is the founder of American Electrical Contracting. He entered the industry in 1974 and has held many certifications, including a Master Electrician License and Florida Electrical Contractors License. Billy started American Electrical Contracting on Christmas Day, in 2000 after having held major leadership positions at various local electrical companies. His main focus was to develop a highly skilled team to provide quality service to neighbors and fellow business owners.
His commitment to being the best electrical contractors and service provider in Jacksonville helped grow the company to what it is today, one of the largest and the highest rated in the region. Today, American Electrical Contracting is trusted by some of the largest companies in the region for many of the most visible projects, including the Jacksonville Zoo, TIAA Field, Jacksonville International Airport and more
Billy is a genuine Renaissance man. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling to new places. He is also an excellent dancer. In 2017, Billy won the First Coast Dancing with the Stars competition benefiting Beaches Fine Arts.
