Electrician Notes
T+R breaker tripping. Bring arc fault breaker. Confirm inspection is good for 11/17/25 and communicate to dispatch to schedule accordingly
1. Wire and install (4) recessed cans in the great room using the existing switch leg from the ceiling fan light kit. Customer to furnish can trims.
2. Wire and install a floor box receptacle in the great room. The customer has already cut out concrete from the wall and to its location. Will install a GFCI on the wall where the pipe is stubbed up into.
3. The customer will repair the concrete, cut down the floor box after the flooring is installed, and reinstall the receptacle trim. The technician will explain the process on-site. The Customer will supply the floor box receptacle and cover.
4. Wire and install (4) 4-inch waffer trims at (1) back bedroom using the existing switch leg from the ceiling fan light kit. Customer to furnish wafer trims.
5. Install (2) arc fault breakers on circuits for the great room and back bedroom.
6. Panel is a 200-amp Siemens
7. Per Clay County codes, if an electrical permit is pulled on a property, all smoke dectectors must be up to date and in accordance with code. The customer can install 10-year battery units, or we can provide and install them. The technician can tell you on-site the cost, depending on how many units you will need. Please let us know which option you choose to ensure we can bring the materials.
