Generac Protector Series Home Standby Air Cooled Generator.
(Proposed installation to the right side of home, near transfer switches)

o Manufacturer’s 5-year warranty.
o Aluminum Enclosure.
• 2 – 200A Automatic Transfer Switch.
(Installation on the exterior of the home near the Generator.) *Existing
o Generac #RTSC200A3
o 200-amp smart switch
• Installation of new generator, transfer switches, material, labor, and permit.
o Install on Hurricane GenPad.
o Install Service Cable to Generator from ATS. (Up to 15ft)
o Install Control Wiring to Generator from ATS.
o Install Emergency E-Stop Switch to meet local municipal requirements.
o Install Power Management devices on AC Condensers and Pool Equipment. (4)
o Install all labeling and signage needed per National Electrical Code (NEC).
o Electrical permit and all inspections coordinated by American Electrical Contracting.
o Gas Connection and mechanical permit. (Provided by Others)
• 26kw will only provide 110 amps of power to the 300 amp existing service (would not power pool house)
