Customer continues to have error codes 1100- You and Art went out back in Nov for an 1100 code but there are no notes or charges for that so I am assuming you all just reset the generator. We also went out and did maintenance shortly after that. I would see if the codes were occurring before we did the maintenance to determine if something else should have been done when we were out there the first time checking the 1100 code. If this is the case there would be no charge -if not then we need to charge labor. Parts are still under warranty until 03/23/2026. Labor and travel have expired. Engine/Alternator still good thru 03/23/2028.
