Troubleshoot and repair Tesla charger not working.  Per customer, see attached:  Just as an example, this is what it looks like when it’s messing up repeatedly from my phone.  You can see it repeatedly stops charging and eventually it gives up trying.  There is only one of the chargers (I think) that works consistently without problems, the furthest one from the building
