4 Exhaust fan replacements in 3 bathrooms – FBO4 sets of Vanity light replacements in bathrooms – FBO1 or 2 additional outlet installs. Receptacles in kitchen need straightened. Floor receptacle that needs repaired from last visit, FBO. T+R flickering lights – not sure if fixture.Installing a dimmer or 2 downstairs. Hardwire install 4-7 smoke detectors. – FBO (pending if they are battery powered, she will replace herself)
