Customer states:  A chandelier if flickering so we need the wires checked.  We have a strip of lights out on the other side of the showroom and a breaker keeps tripping down stairs. If we find the issue within two hours, we would only charge for the time that we used.  If we find a larger issue, then we would provide a written quote for the repairs beyond the two hour time frame.
