Electrician Notes

1. Wire and install a 240-volt 1-phase 100-amp panel with a surge protector.
2. Will use existing conduit and wiring that is already in place for the service going to the panel in the detached garage.
3. Wire and install (2) ground rods and a ground bridge.
4. Wire and install (8) 120-volt receptacles that are on (2) GFCI breakers. Receptacles will be placed at the customer’s preferred locations in the detached garage.
5. Wire and install (1) 240-volt 50-amp receptacle on a GFCI breaker. The receptacle will be placed at the customers
6. Wire and install (4) 120-volt receptacles on a GFCI breaker that a switch will control.
7. Wire and install (1) flood light on the exterior with (1) switch.
8. Wire and install (1) service light on the exterior with (1) switch.
9. Wire and install (1) 240-volt 30-amp circuit for a future mini split installed into a 60-amp disconnect with an 8-foot appliance whip.
10. All wiring will be done in M/C cable except for the 50-amp receptacle, which will be done in EMT conduit.
11. Customer will supply any lighting fixtures, and needs to be on site the day of installation.
