2. Provide and install (2) new 2×2 Flat Panel light fixtures and EMERGENCY BATTERY BACKUP with surface mount kits, replacing existing 2×2 fluorescent fixtures, one-for-one.
3. No drywall patching or painting included.
4. Fixtures to be accessed by ladders.
5.  Disposal of old materials included.
6. Work to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
