Electrician Notes

Warranty: Inspection failed for:
Unprotected wires in light in kitchen / dining room area.
AHU Heat removed whip has exposed wires
Panel labeled inside and out.

1. Install (2) missing blank plates in the garage: (1)single plate and (1) 4″ square.
2. Round box installed for keyless fixture in the garage.
3. Correct double-tapped breakers in the garage. Need (1) 30-amp 2-pole, and (2) 20-amp 1-pole homeline breakers.
4. Replace the disconnect for the air handler and install metal flex connectors on the flex conduit.
5. Need to install a metal flex connector on the water heater flex conduit line.
6. Replace the (1) receptacle in the back room that is broken.
7. Replace up to (8) receptacle plates.
8. Remove the light that is hanging from the ceiling in the front room and remove the s/o cord that goes from the light to the switch. The customer will have electrical re-ran after the ceiling is repaired.
9. Change out the existing breaker for the garage at the meter combo and install the correct size 2-pole 30-amp Siemens breaker.
10. Change out the existing breaker for the A/C at the meter combo and install the correct size 2-pole 35-amp Siemens breaker.
11. Remove the existing square D 100 amp main in the Siemens panel and install 2 Lugs for Service conductors. Blank off the existing panel cover where the Service Breaker was located with a 4-inch square blank.
12. If the county inspection is not approved for any reason related to work not performed by our company or due to additional items required by the county, the customer shall be solely responsible for any necessary repairs, corrections, or upgrades.

Clarifications:
1. We are not responsible for any repairs to sheet rock or landscaping. A technician will let you know before cutting or digging is done.
2. Power may be shut off during installation and restored the same day.
3. All Work will be performed during normal business hours.
4. If any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involve extra costs or returns, there will be an extra charge over and above the estimate.
