Scope:
• Inspection repairs based off in-person visit, and evaluation and inspection report (Electrical Only) provided from American Electrical Contracting.
• In person walk thru with Ryan Johnson on 1-6-2026
• Rewire and removed all cloth, and non-grounded wiring in home
• American Electrical Contracting rewire all existing cloth, wired wiring and any unsafe or uninsurable throughout the entire home.
• 5-6 Cloth wired circuits 150/200A panel change  GFI in kitchen  GFI on outside outlets
• All new AFI breakers. QO type installed
•  All new tamper rated plugs, switches and GFI’s. installed.
