Wired for and installed ceiling fan. Discovered locomotion for fan mount had rotten wood from a previous leak. Informed homeowner of situation and confirmed spot for fan. Tried to run wire through attic but access no good, was unable because of duct work. Pushed 30 ft of 1/2 pvc through and found access (2ft) on porch to attach to pipe.
