Gen. model #RG04524, troubleshoot and repair. Tested controller, got battery voltage at the brush assembly. Updated controller. Test status, test good. Tested rotor per test 19, slip ring to slip ring = 55 mega Ohm. Unit needs new rotor. OEM warranty: ctr # 302121960.
