New air-cool Generac Guardian 22KW stand-by Generator (before fence near meter). Manufacturer’s 5 year limited warranty. Aluminum Enclosure. 200A non-service rated automatic transfer switches (stacked vertically on right side if meter). 20A sub-panel for wine cellar mini-split (under ATS). Install service cable and control wiring to Generator from ATS, install all signs needed for code.
