Provide and install (1) 100a, 120/240v single phase meter can, service panel and concrete post next to existing JEA transformer. Install GFI service outlet on concrete post. Provide and install (2) 120v circuits and wire fro (4) gate operators. Provide and install (1) 1in. conduit with pull string from service panel to center island for low voltage wiring. Install conduit and 120v power to card reader pedestal in front island to center island. Conduit sleeves, all control wiring, equipment, and concrete removal are by owner.
