Main service wire from meter to electrical panel and from meter to JEA connection and needs to be replaced. Power wire to detached garage not properly ran. Wire needs to be ran from main panel underground to the garage. Secure porch light. Troubleshoot master bedroom ceiling fan. Secure all electrical under homes crawl space. Rewire and remove all cloth wiring in home, 200A service upgrade. All new tamper rated plugs, switches and GFIs. All patching and painting of holes to be repaired by homeowner.
