Rewire and remove active knob and tube, cloth (non-grounded) and BX type wiring in home. Chack and corret any wiring done by others. All new tamper rated plugs, switches and GFIs. All new patching and painting of holes to be repaired by homeowner. Homeowner and lead technician from AEC will receive daily invoices to keep all parties in the loop concerning cost, time and communication. This also includes all electrical inspection repairs.
