-Bldg 200: Light flashing over 204, 205; Light over 210 is yellow in color; Light flashing on street side of 201 closest to the rear-side of the building
-Bldg 300: Light flashing behind unit 301, 302
-Bldg 400: Light flashing on street side of building 400
