Hard wired smoke detectors in some rooms not wired right. T&R.
1) Health Care Center: 2 can ballasts out in reception are 26w ballast please provide, Room #111 ballast out at bathroom door 26w please provide ballast, Moncrieff 2nd floor 1 can ballast out 26w please provide, Jonathan spoke to you about converting all wall sconce lights to LED(Lobb
-16 sconces, Barrington – 26 sconces, Ainslie – 45 sconces Moncrieff – 16 sconces) We would like to do these in order but will need to schedule on an as needed basis due to budgeting. Talk with Jonathan on scheduling.
2) 600 block: photocell issue, all exterior light poles are on all the time.
3) Building #2 : LED stairwell light bad, we have replacement in stock. 6″ fire alarm exterior bell needs to be replaced; we have bell in stock.
4) 185 Towerview Dr Apt# 1302: wiring issue with smoke detector.
5) 205 Towerview Dr Apt# 4111: wiring issue with smoke detector.
