-New dishwasher, needs breaker change.
-Install spotlight, furnished by us.
-Hallway, 3 single light switches controlling. One in the front of hallway, not working.
-Master bedroom, dimmer light switch does not work to turn on and off light.
-Master bathroom shower, circular recessed can light. Please provide a replacement. Ceiling is tile.
-Outlet in dining room, has a space heater fried outlet. Replace outlet. (Discuss possibly grounding outlet, price dependent)

-No attic access. Super tight crawl space.
-Crawl space under home.
