“Generac Guardian Home Stand-by Generator. (Installation suggested at left side of home, in place of current Generator.) 22 Kilowatt (LP) o Air-Cooled. Hurricane Generator Pad. Manufacturer’s 5-year warranty. Aluminum Enclosure.”

200A Non-Service Rated Automatic Transfer Switch. (Installation location suggested to be placed near utility meter on the Left side of the home. Replacing current Transfer Switch ) Generac #RXSC200A3 o 200-amp sma switch. Surge Protection on Transfer Switch ” Installation of above listed new generator, transfer switch including material, labor, and permit. Disconnect, Removal and Disposal of old generator. Inspect all wiring and accessories for damage from lightning strike. Install proposed on Hurricane generator pad. (already installed). Install Service Cable to Generator from Automatic Transfer Switch. (if needed). install Control Wiring to Generator from Automatic Transfer Switch (if needed). Install Power Management Device on Air Conditioning Unit circuit (if needed). Install Surge Protector on Transfer Switch as required by NEC Code. Install all signage and labelling a needed for proper NEC Code compliance. Provision of Electrical Permit and all inspections as necessary. Gas Connection and mechanical permit provided by others. (We will contract the gas company and oversee all gas requirements as needed.)
