Inside panel has 6 open holes where breakers would go. No breaker seals, if we can get this corrected.  Replace service under house, 45ft wiring. After storm when using the dishwasher lights flickering in 1920 yr. old home. 2 panels in the home. Does not know what type. Check front floodlight and advise if it needs to be replaced. T&M
